Processing & Dispatch Times

All orders are processed and dispatched daily at 1PM (UK time).

  • Orders placed before 1PM will be dispatched the same working day
  • Orders placed after 1PM will be dispatched the next working day
  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day

Please note that during busy periods, new launches, or promotions, processing times may take slightly longer. We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

UK Shipping

Delivery times begin after dispatch, not when the order is placed.

Estimated UK Delivery Times:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (if selected at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services and peak periods.

International Shipping 

PressieByJessie is proud to offer international shipping worldwide.

Estimated International Delivery Times:

  • Europe: 5–10 working days
  • USA & Canada: 7–14 working days
  • Rest of World: 7–21 working days

Please note:

  • International delivery times are estimates and may vary
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country
  • PressieByJessie is not responsible for delays caused by customs

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
If tracking is available, tracking details will be included.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your order.

PressieByJessie is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice a mistake, please contact us before 1PM on the day of your order where possible.

Lost or Delayed Orders

While we work hard to ensure smooth delivery, PressieByJessie is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Busy periods or holidays
  • Customs processing (international orders)
